Frequently Asked Questions
Anyone working at a restaurant that has an active Mason Circle account can make a referral. This includes owners, general managers, and all front- and back-of-house staff. Mason Circle may require verification of your employment.
Yes, there are a few important criteria:
The restaurant must not be in active discussions with Mason Circle (i.e., no contact with a Mason Circle Account Manager in the past 60 days).
The restaurant must:
- Be a new location — either recently opened (within the last 6 months) or due to open in the next 90 days.
- Join Mason Circle by signing a valid contract for one of our Core or Pro packages.
- Complete system installation within 90 days of being referred.
Yes. Only one reward can be issued per restaurant group. The referral bonus will be granted for the first qualifying location only, even if other branches later sign up.
You can, but the reward is limited to five successful referrals per calendar year per person.
Once the referred restaurant completes the setup with Mason Circle, you’ll receive an email containing instructions to redeem your £500 gift card online.
