Mason Circle is seeking a creative and driven Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement. Account Manager

Position Overview:
As an Account Manager at Mason Circle, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service. You will be responsible for managing client accounts, building long-term relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver exceptional results. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of client management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, developing and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships.
  • Account Management: Oversee client accounts, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and develop strategies to achieve their goals.
  • Project Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of client projects.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide clients with regular updates, reports, and performance analysis, offering insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Problem-Solving: Address any issues or concerns that arise during the course of the client relationship, ensuring a satisfactory resolution.
  • Client Growth: Identify opportunities to grow accounts by introducing additional services or products that align with client needs.
  • Contract Management: Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring both client and company interests are represented and maintained.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in account management or client services, preferably in Account Manager.
  • Strong understanding of client relationship management and project management principles.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously, with excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing client needs.
  • Experience in negotiating contracts and managing budgets is a plus.
